REB Builders Ltd. works closely with the Local Authority Grant officers and Surveyors in the area of Disabled Facilities Grants ( DFG). We have many years experience liaising with Occupational Therapists ( O.T ) to closely identify a clients specific needs.
We are experienced at working in peoples homes, whilst occupied, which begins with a risk assessment and a works schedule. We are always aware that it is a customers home and ensure all steps are taken to lessen disturbance and to minimise disruption to normal family life.
REB Builders Ltd. are wet room specialists and can create a shower room anywhere in the house using modern, closely controlled shower waste pumps.
REB Builders Ltd. have built many single storey extensions from conception to completion. We are use to working closely with Architects, Structural Engineers and Building Inspectors. All our structures comply with all the current Regulations and end with a Completion Certificate from the Local Authority Building Control.
